Obituary of Angela F. Spinola

Angela F. (Lombardo) Spinola, age 69, died on Monday, December 29, 2008 at Care One at Morristown. Born in Passaic, she had been a resident of Bridgewater for 38 years before moving to Toms River three years ago. A homemaker, she was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. A Communicant of Blessed Sacrament Church in Martinsville and St. Maximilian Kolbe Church in Toms River, she was a member of the Italian American Club of Ocean County and Holiday City Social, Bocce and Shuffle Board Clubs. A brother-in-law Nove Complitano predeceased her. Surviving are her husband of fifty-two years, Angelo Spinola, Sr.; a daughter, Cynthia Caruso and her husband Anthony; four sons, James and his wife Catherine, Angelo, Jr. and his wife Cynthia, Enrico and his wife Elizabeth and Joseph and his wife Kristen: a brother, John Lombardo and sister-in-law Rose; and a sister, Theresa Complitano; eighteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 3rd at 9:15 a.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung followed by a 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass at Blessed Sacrament Church in Martinsville. Entombment will follow at St. Bernard's Cemetery, Bridgewater.
