We will surely miss Howard. He sat with his wife, Marion, in the pew in front of us at the Martinsville United Methodist Church nearly every Sunday for 30 years! I remember working with Howard on my pottery wheel in my home studio; he really loved to work with clay. He also grew amazing gladioli! We had many interesting conversations with him during the coffee hour at church. He was much loved by his family and church members.
