Obituary of Mark Paul Longua

Mark Longua, age 43, died on Friday, March 6, 2009 at his home. Mark was born in Bronxville, NY, raised in Florham Park and has lived in Warren for the past 4 years. Mark was a communicant of Our Lady of the Mount R.C. Church in Warren. He attended Farleigh Dickerson University in Madison where he received his BS degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. Mark was a Portfolio Manager for J. P. Morgan Securities in Hong Kong. He was an avid collector of medieval renaissance artifacts. He enjoyed reading about British history. Mark loved spending all his free time with his wife and daughters, Emily and Amy. Mark is survived by his wife, Marie Longua, formally of England; his two daughters, Emily and Amy; his mother, Sandra Baird Macdonald, his Aunt Arleene and his brother Jeffrey. The funeral will be held on Wednesday, March 11th at 9:45a.m. from the Higgins Funeral Home, 752 Mountain Boulevard, Watchung followed by a 11 a.m. Mass of Resurrection at Our Lady of the Mount R.C. Church, Warren. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Interment will be at Holy Rood R.C. Cemetery in Morristown.
