Obituary of Ruth May Giacobbe

Ruth May "Kelly" Giacobbe, age 80, died on Wednesday March 11th, 2009, at her home in Middlesex. Born in Plainfield, she was raised in New Market and had resided in Middlesex for 60 years. Mrs. Giacobbe was President of R.G. Associates a commercial air conditioning and heating company in Middlesex for 20 years. She graduated with a BS in Engineering from Thomas A. Edison College of NJ. Mrs. Giacobbe was past president of NJ Ashrae and a volunteer for Literacy of Somerset County. She is predeceased by her son Charles Robert Giacobbe in 1954. Surviving is her husband of sixty years Joseph Giacobbe; her daughter Donna Giacobbe-Gervasio and her husband Anthony of Basking Ridge; her grandson Michael Gervasio; two sisters Nancy Daino and Harriet Mongosa; five nieces and one nephew. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 14th, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung Visitation will be on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Entombment will be at Somerset Hills Memorial Park, Basking Ridge.
