Obituary of Thomas Karl Ohleth
Thomas Karl Ohleth, age 40, died on Thursday, March 12, 2009 at his home.
Tom was a resident of Plainfield for 37 years before residing in Philadelphia for the past three years. He graduated from Union Catholic High School and attended Rutgers University in Newark obtaining his BA degree in Business. He was a former communicant of St. Mary's R.C. Church in Plainfield. Tom enjoyed playing pool, fishing and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.
Toms is predeceased by his father, Karl Ohleth in 1992.
He is survived by his mother, Patricia Pietras Ohleth of Plainfield; his brother, Steven Ohleth of Seaside; his three sisters, Kathleen Ohleth, Ph.D. of Bridgewater; Kara Nixon of Brick; Kris Ohleth of Jersey City; four nieces, Jessika Ford, Mary and Anna Nixon, and Keira Farrington.
The funeral will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at 9 a.m. from the Higgins Home for Funerals, 209 West 8th Street, Plainfield followed by a 10 a.m. Mass of Resurrection at St. Bernard's R.C. Church, Plainfield. Visitation will be on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.
