Obituary of Pedro Biaggi, Sr.

Pedro Biaggi, Sr., age 62, died on Monday, July 13, 2009, at Somerset Medical Center in Somerville. Born in Puerto Rico he had resided in Plainfield since 1969 moving to North Plainfield a year and a half ago.Prior to retiring 10 years ago, Pedro worked for Reckitt Benckiser in Belle Mead for 20 years, as a machine operator. He was a member of St. Mary's Church in Plainfield.He is predeceased by his parents, one sister and two grandsons.Surviving is his wife Carmen (Maldonado) Biaggi; his sons Pedro, Jr. and Kelmy of Plainfield; his daughter Marisol of North Plainfield; eight granddaughters and three grandsons; two brothers and three sisters. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 17, 2009 at 9:30 at Higgins Home for Funerals, 209 West 8th Street, Plainfield followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Church in Plainfield. Visitation will be on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The interment will be at St. Mary's Cemetery in Plainfield.
