Obituary of Lois J. Michael

Lois Jean (Lamberti) Michael, age 67, died on Monday, August 10, 2009, at her home in Green Brook surrounded by her family. Born in Trenton, on April 22, 1942. Lois resided in Green Brook for 39 years and was a graduate of Westfield High School in 1960. She enjoyed spending time with her family, sewing, crafts, making her own cards and traveling. Lois is a retiree from Johnson & Johnson and was employed by Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, J & J Baby Products and Jelco Laboratories in Raritan, NJ. Lois leaves behind her husband of 49 years, Roger; three daughters Cheryl Ferraro and her husband Anthony of Flemington; Rhonda Johnson and her husband Tim of Hillsborough and Toni Kuczynski and her husband John of Flemington. She was a wonderful grandmother to Cassidy and Alec Johnson. Along with many family and friends, she also leaves her beloved sisters MaryAnn, Margaret and Angela. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 12th, 2009, at 9:30 a.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. to celebrate Lois's life at St. Luke's R. C. Church in North Plainfield, followed by a procession to St. Bernard's Cemetery in Bridgewater, where she will be laid to rest. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
