Obituary of Anna M. Srager

Anna M.Srager, age 80, of North Plainfield, NJ died Monday, August 10 at Morristown Memorial Hospital . Born in Trenton, she lived in Plainfield and South Plainfield before moving to North Plainfield many years ago. Surviving are Joel Srager, her husband of 56 years, daughter Sara Senz and son-in-law Bob Senz, daughter Sherri Srager Morris and son-in-law Dan Morris, son Scott Srager and daughter-in-law Lori Srager, son Mark Srager and daughter-in-law Tara Srager, grandchildren, Melissa, Bob, Andrew, Laryn, Rachael, Cassandra, William and Caitlin, and great-grandchildren, Jackson and Claire. She is also survived by her siblings, Mary DiCavalcante, T. Rita Crowley, Jerome Baron, Virginia Nicholas, H. Patricia Lyons & Beverly Mamola and many beloved nieces and nephews. Anna loved her family, children and always had positive comments and outlook for others at all times. Her civility and humanity are a lasting legacy for her family and friends. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 12 at 11 a.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 209 West 8th Street, Plainfield, NJ ( www.higginsfuneralhome.com) and interment will immediately follow at Hebrew Cemetery Samptown in South Plainfield, NJ. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Children's Hospital in Philadelphia, Pa. or Salvation Army in Plainfield, NJ.
