Obituary of Lynn E. Profito

Lynn E. Profito, age 77, died on Monday, October 26, 2009 at the Rolling Hills Care Center in Lebanon. Born in Cologne, Germany, she moved to the United States in 1937, living in Plainfield before moving to Green Brook thirty-nine years ago.She was an Office Manager for Goldcon & Tom Headley Landscaping for over 20 years. Lynn loved spending time with her family at Long Beach Island and enjoyed skiing trips to Vermont. She was an avid bowler at Strike and Spare Lanes.Predeceased by her husband Vincent Profito in 1968.Surviving is her son David Profito and his wife Julie of Washington Twp.; daughter Christine Murphy and her husband John of Haddonfield; four grandchildren Shannon, Nicholas, Aiden and Alexander.A Memorial Gathering will be held on Wednesday, October 28th from 7-9 p.m. at the Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, October 29th at 10:00 a.m.at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Lake Nelson Cemetery, Piscataway.
