Obituary of Irene M. Arrants

Martinsville: Mrs. Irene M. Arrants, died on Saturday February 20, 2010, two days before her 86th birthday at Raritan Health and Extended Care in Raritan. She was born in Jersey City, she resided in Warren before moving to Martinsville 46 years ago. Mrs. Arrants worked with her husband, William, at their company, A&A Manufacturing Inc. in Plainfield along with being a homemaker. She loved sewing, knitting, and painting. She is predeceased by her husband, William L. Arrants in 2006, as well as her son Lawrence W. Arrants in 1995. Surviving are her son, Richard John Arrants and his wife Donna M. of Piscataway; three grandchildren; Richard and his wife Cheryl, Barry and his wife Jeanna and John; as well as two great-grandchildren; Jalen and Lucy and another great-grandson, Wyly, on the way. Visitation will be held from 7-9pm on Tuesday February 23, 2009 at Higgins Home For Funerals, Watchung. Visitation will also held on Wednesday from 9:30am - 10:30am followed by a 10:30am funeral service at the funeral home.
