Obituary of Angelina Santo

Angelina (Ann) Santo, 84, formally of Watchung, NJ, died on March 23, 2010 in Florida. Mrs. Santo was born and raised in Jersey City, NJ and had resided in Watchung for many years before recently moving to Venice, FL. Ann was a beautician most of her life and was a member of the Italian American Woman's Auxiliary in North Plainfield NJ. She was also a member of the Watchung Senior Citizens. Mrs. Santo is predeceased by a brother Angelo Vaccaro and two sisters Anna Buda and Josephine Morello. She is survived by her husband of 65 years Anthony Santo, Sr. of Venice FL; a daughter Carol Ann McIvers of Venice FL; a son Anthony Santo Jr. of Bridgewater, NJ; grandchildren Tammy Piwoski of Belvidere, NJ and Peter Todd McIvers of Rotonda West, FL and a sister Rita Yorey. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren Kevin and Heather. Funeral services will be held at 8:45 am on Wednesday March 31, 2010 at Higgins home for Funerals 752 Mountain Blvd. Watchung NJ followed by a 9:45 am funeral mass at St. Mary's Stony Hill R.C. Church in Watchung. The entombment will be held at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens in Woodbridge. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the funeral home.
