Dear Carmen and John's Mom and Sisters
I was so sad to hear of John's passing. It's been a lot of years since we were all together but I have nothing but fond memories of John and his whole family. We worked together at NAP and he became a big part of my life. I remember the fun we had running around Jersey looking for furniture so that he could set up his apartment for his little girl. Everyday was a new adventure memories I will never forget. I hope you can all find comfort knowing that John is with God.

I am so sorry to hear this news! I taught at Moore Catholic and remembered John well, especially his smile, his spirit, and his great voice!! I last met John at a charismatic prayer meeting on Staten Island many years ago. Once the group started to sing, I recognized John's voice, and was so very glad to see him. My deep sympathy to his family.
Sincerely,

Our hearts are broken, the world is missing a warm, vibrant person, John , be at peace.

There are so many cherished memories that the tears don't measure the love of God this man was made from. I will always remember going to Carmen & Johnny's for Thanksgiving, Christmas, out to dinner when he would pick up the microphone and sing with the beautiful voice he was truly blessed with. I will miss you "Sandman" and am trying to find comfort knowing we will all be together again some day. I love you Carmen, Johnny, Chelsea Girl and the family. I miss you so much....Thank you for blessing my life and allowing me to be part of the loving memories I will cherish forever in my heart which is now breaking. God Bless you all.

John was a source of my inspiration for nearly 30 years. He made it easy to laugh in the most difficult situations. His spark of life radiated love to all around him. His loss
is a heavy blow for all of us left behind. A piece of my heart has gone with him while a piece of his heart lives within me. He does not cease to
exist he is merely transformed. I live in the hope of joining with John, all the Angels and Saints in Our Fathers house. Oh what a happy day it will be.

I send my condolences to John Santana's family and friends. His life was much too short and I know that he will be missed by all who knew him.
I met John when he was in grade school and attended the Todt Hill Houses Vacation Day Camp. He was a talented young man and it was a pleasure for me to teach him and help him develop those many talents. John was very special even back then. It touched me greatly when Joe McAdams was able to allow me to reconnect with John and speak with him on the phone last month. The world will be a little less bright now that John is no longer with us, but those of us who got to know him will always remember him for the wonderful person he always was. John,May you rest in Peace.

My Memory of John was when He Worked at Noonan, Astley & Pearce.
He was One of the First People to Welcome Me and made me feel at Ease.
I remember how Handsome He was and How He was much more than a Pretty Face..
He had Everything.
When He walked into a Room it Completely Lit up with His Presence.
He had such Musical Talent.
His Voice was that of an Angel.
He was a Big Part of so many Lives.
The last time I saw Him was in 1993 at My Aunt Terry's Funeral.
He looked the same as I remembered Him from the early 80's.
