Obituary of Wanda A. Plytynski

Wanda A. Plytynski, age 88, died on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at Sunrise Senior Living in Basking Ridge. She was born in Jersey City and had lived in Bayonne before moving to Watchung in 1972. Mrs. Plytynski aided in the World War II effort in manufacturing. She was a legal secretary for 30 years. She is predeceased by her husband, Walter Plytynski and her brother Thadeus Orzechowski. Surviving are her son, Wayne Plytynski and his wife, Patricia Ann of Hillsborough; her daughter, Diane Dewar and her husband Nick of Jefferson Township; her grandchildren, Alaina, Merlissa, Michael and Laura and a great-grandson Zachary. Funeral services will begin on Monday at 9:00 at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung followed by a 10:00 am funeral mass at St. Mary's Stony Hill Church. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Visitation will be on Sunday from 2-6 p.m
