Obituary of Barbara Helen Gerus

Barbara Buckingham Gerus, age 80, died on Friday, May 7, 2010 at her home in Watchung. She was born in Erie, PA, raised in Tidioute, PA and resided in Watchung for the past 48 years. Mrs. Gerus received her Bachelor's Degree in Home Economics from the University of North Dakota and belonged to the Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority She was a member of the Women's Guild at Wilson Memorial Church and a past board member She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Harry Gerus; her daughters, Wendie Gerus and her husband Mark Levy ,Leslie Gerus, and Lorri Gerus Monetti and her husband Donald Monetti; her sister, Candy Druggan and her 4 grandchildren, Ben, Harriet, Luke and Noah. There will be a memorial gathering on Monday, May 10th from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. followed by a 3:00 pm Memorial Service at Wilson Memorial Church. Cremation is private.
