We are deeply sadden to hear that Billy has passed. We will never forget the childhood years full of birthdays, family gatherings and love. That is what I will always remember about Billy. His purest of heart and soul in addition to his unconditional love for his family. He is with his mom and our Kathy now, may he rest in peace. Our condolances to his sister and her family.
