Obituary of Muriel E. Monetti

Muriel E. (Sis) Monetti of Barnegat, NJ died peacefully on Monday at Southern Ocean County Hospital after a short illness. There will be a gathering on Saturday, June 19th at 10:15 a.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, NJ followed by an 11:00 a.m. graveside service at Somerset Hills Memorial Park in Basking Ridge, NJ. Visitation will be on Friday from 7-9 p.m. only. Born in Union, NJ, she was the daughter of the late John and Wilhelmina Buehlmann and sister to the late John Buehlmann. She lived in Union and raised her family prior to moving to Watchung, NJ in 1967 and retiring to Barnegat in 2002. Sis was first and foremost a homemaker but later in life resumed her financial career at JFK Medical Center in Edison, NJ. She enjoyed many hobbies. She is survived by her three sons; Lewis and his wife Judy, Steven and his wife Linda, and Thomas and his wife Dawn, and seven grand-children.
