Obituary of William David Chiswick

William David Chiswick, age 74, died on Sunday, June 20, 2010 at the HPH Hospice Care Center in Brooksville, FL. Born in New York City, he grew up in Brooklyn and resided in the Bronx and Green Brook, NJ before moving to Weeki Wachie, FL. for the last 10 years. William graduated with a BA in Theater from Adelphi University. He went on to receive his degree in Electrical Engineering and was President of Chiswick Electric Company, Inc. for over 40 years before retiring in 2000. He was an excellent baseball player who played semi-pro ball. William enjoyed music and his work, and loved spending time with his family. Predeceased by his 1st wife Harriet Chiswick in 1994. Surviving is his wife Nancy Cashman Chiswick; son Charlie Chiswick and his wife Mary Pat; daughter Bonnie Caluri and her husband Russ; brother Dan Chiswick and his wife Sofia; 5 grandchildren Chelsea, Tommy and Hannah Chiswick and Brian and Allison Caluri. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 23rd 2010, at 11:00 a.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung with Rabbi Michael Abraham officiating. Interment will follow at B'Nai Abraham Cemetery, Union.
