Obituary of John F. Bradley

John F. Bradley, 78 died on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at his home in Phillipsburg. He was born in Jackson Heights, New York and was raised in North Plainfield. He raised his family in Warren, living there for more than 30 years before moving to Phillipsburg. Prior to his retirement in 1991 he was an insulation mechanic as a member of the International Heat and frost Insulators Local 12 New York City. Mr. Bradley also spent 6 months in Valdez, Alaska in 1977 working on the Alaskan pipeline. He was an avid Giants football fan and had a passion for antique cars. He is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Charlotte Harvey Bradley; his daughter, Kim Bradus and her husband Joel; his sons John F. Bradley, Jr. and his wife Noreen and Glenn R. Bradley and his wife Tara: his sisters Eileen Bradley and Betty Vansise; his brother Robert Bradley and his 6 grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 20th at 6:30 PM at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd, Watchung. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m.
