Obituary of Alice Walsh

Alice Walsh of Lakewood, formerly of Sea Girt and Mountainside died with dignity on September 7, 2010 at the home of her son Jack and daughter-in-law, Pat. Both were by her side. Alice had a number of expressions when anyone asked about her age, "Age is a number and mine is unlisted". She could be 45 driving around in her Camaro convertible or 90 enjoying time with her great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, John. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Pat and Jack Walsh of Green Brook, NJ; three grandchildren, Shawn and his wife, Kerry, currently of Ontario, Canada, Luke of Bellingham, WA and Matthew and his wife, Trish of Hamilton, NJ; four great-grandchildren, Fiona, Holden. Aiden and Connor. All were the joys of her life. There will be a memorial mass at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 13, 2010 at St. Luke's Church, 300 Clinton Ave., North Plainfield, NJ. In memory, do what she would do, give a smile and a hello to a stranger today.
