Obituary of Reita J. Sikora

Reita Joyce Sikora, age 83, died on Friday, September 10, 2010 at Green Knoll Care and Rehab Center in Bridgewater. Born in Charlotte, NC, she lived in Belleville before moving to Piscataway. Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Sikora was a nurse's aide for 30 years at Park Manor Nursing Home in Bloomfield. Her husband, Michael J. Sikora predeceased her in 1991. Surviving are her three sons, Robert Sikora and his wife, Sondra, Joseph Sikora and Michael Sikora; her brother, Harry Atkins and his wife, Patricia; her grandchildren, Robert and Christina and a great-grandchild, Blake. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 14th at 9:30 am at the Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung followed by a 10:15 am Mass of Resurrection at Our Lady of the Mount Chapel in Warren and interment at Resurrection Cemetery, Piscataway. Visitation will be held on Monday from 5:00 - 9:00 pm.
