Obituary of Frank J. Cozzoli

Warren: Frank J. Cozzoli, age 61, died on Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at Haven Hospice at JFK Medical Center in Edison. He was born in Plainfield, grew up in North Plainfield and had lived in North Brunswick before moving to Warren over 20 years ago. Mr. Cozzoli had graduated from North Plainfield High School and attended both Middlesex County College and Rutgers University. He began working with his father, Joseph as a young child at Cozzoli Machine Company. He became president of the company in 1980.He was also responsible for relocating the business from Plainfield to Somerset in 2003 to pursue his vision to become a leader in integrated packaging technology. He was an avid sports fisherman who would travel extensively to deepsea fish. He loved gatherings with family and friends. Mr. Cozzoli is survived by his son, Joe Cozzoli of Claymont, DE; his mother, Martha Cozzoli of Somerset, NJ; his sisters, Joan Rooney and her husband, Tom of Annandale, Carol Zmuda and her husband, Henry of Gainesville, FL and Sister Mary Grace, FSGM of Washington, DC and many nephews and nieces and extended family and friends. Funeral services will begin on Saturday, October 23rd at 8:45 a.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung followed by a 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Joseph's Church, 34 Yorktown Road, Millstone Borough, Hillsborough.
