Obituary of Megan Carol Folli

Megan Carol Folli of Warren, New Jersey, passed away on October 25, 2010, after a short illness. She was 40 years old. The cause was ovarian cancer.

After attending grammar schools in New Jersey and Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, Megan graduated from the Grier School in Tyrone, Pennsylvania, where she was class president. She graduated with honors from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison.

She followed a career in retail sales for Tumi, Henri Bendel, and as manager of retail stores. She was a lover of music and Ozzi was one of her favorites, and with a special love for her pug Daisy.

She was an active communicant of Our Lady of the Mount Church in Warren. She also enjoyed doing volunteer work at the Warren Library.

She is survived by her Mother and Father, Peggy and Arthur Folli of Warren; her brother and his wife, Gregory and Leslie Folli of Hoboken; her niece Paige and various aunts, uncles, and cousins in New Jersey, Arkansas, California, and Maryland.

Visitation will be at the Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, October 28th. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 29th, at 9:30 at the funeral home, followed by a 10:30 a.m. Mass of Resurrection at Our Lady of the Mount Church, 167 Mount Bethel Road in Warren, NJ. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hanover. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Megan's honor to the Carol Simon Cancer Center, Morristown Memorial Hospital, 100 Madison Avenue, Morristown, NJ 07962.
