Obituary of Marvin Lewis Schultzbank

Marvin Lewis Schultzbank, age 73, died on Thursday, October 28, 2010 at St. Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick. He was born in Jersey City and had lived in Cedar Grove and Verona before moving to Somerset 41 years ago. He graduated from Verona High School in 1955 where he was a member of the track team. Mr. Schultzbank attended Athens College in Concord, WV. Prior to his retirement in 1992, he was a Trust Real Estate Officer for J.P. Morgan (formerly Chemical Bank) for 23 years. He loved fishing, traveling and talking with people. Mr. Schultzbank is predeceased by his father, Louis Schultzbank and his brother, Glenn Schultzbank. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Christine Lotkowictz Schultzbank, his mother, Frances Schultzbank and his cousin Dean Schultzbank of WI. Funeral services will begin on Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at 8:30 a.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung followed by 9:30 a.m.funeral mass at Our Lady of Mercy Church, South Bound Brook. Entombment will be at St. Mary's Stony Hill Cemetery, Watchung. Visitation will be on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.
