Obituary of Julia Ann Schenck

Julia Ann Schenck, age 64, died on Thursday, October 28, 2010 at Overlook Hospital in Summit. Julia was raised in Plainfield and later moved to Middlesex. She most recently has resided in Warren. She retired as administrator from Wilson Memorial Church in Watchung several years ago, where she enjoyed attending some of the Women's Guild Meetings. Ms. Schenck was an avid traveler, gardener and wildlife enthusiast. Julia is predeceased by her parents; Edward and Catherine Schenck, and her longtime companion, John Teller in 2004. Surviving are her Aunts, Freida Kooklin and Vera Matushak; many cousins from the Gray, Kooklin and Hirchak families; and her good friends, Roger and Arlene Seidel. A Memorial Service will be held at 11am on Saturday November 13 at Wilson Memorial Church, 7 Valley Road, Watchung, NJ 07069. Cremation was private under the direction of Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, NJ 07069.
