Obituary of Janeice Sharon Lawrence

Janeice Sharon Lawrence, age 63, died on Wednesday, December 8th, 2010 at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston. She was born and raised in White Plains, NY and lived throughout New Jersey until 1997, when she then moved back to Plainfield. Janeice was a former member of the Fountain Baptist Church in Summit as well as the I Have A Dream Foundation and the Business Volunteers for The Arts. She was also a Girl Scout leader and member of Partners for Change. Janeice was an alumni member of Jack and Jill and did a lot of Volunteer work for Faith, Grace and Mercy outreach program. She is predeceased by her husband, Rawlin Victor Lawrence in December 1996 and her sister Elise Gray. Surviving are her daughters Shannon Wright and her husband Michael and Rhandi Lawrence; her sister, Brenda Goff and her four grandchildren; Chandra, Michael, Adriene and Sachel Wright. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 209 West Eighth Street, Plainfield, followed by interment at Fairview Cemetery, Westfield. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m
