Obituary of Lorraine Hansen

Lorraine G. 'Fedderson'Hansen, age 86, died on Monday, December 20, 2010 at her home in Warren. Born in Fords, she was a long time resident, until moving to the Chelsea in Warren in 2004. She was a past member of Grace Lutheran Church in Perth Amboy where she taught Sunday School. In her spare time she enjoyed traveling the world especially to Egypt, China and all of Asia and had driven cross-country twice. Predeceased by her husband Raymond Hansen in 1983. Surviving are her sons Lee S. Hansen and his wife Suzanne of Warren and Scott R. Hansen and his wife Karen of Inverness, FL.; longtime companion Emerson R. Smith of Warren; brother Norman Pender and his wife Judy of Edison; grandson Scott C. Hansen and his wife Jean of Washington, NJ; great-granddaughters Gabrielle and Madeline. Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 22, 2010 from 7-9 p.m at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung. Cremation is private.
