Dear Rick, Ryan, and Troy,
Joa was such a breath of fresh air to meet. We did not know her very long, but she touched both Mary and I as a loving, kind person. She always was sure to make us laugh, and was so caring. She was such a wonderful woman and friend, and I’m sure a better Wife and Mother. We are truly going to miss her. Our hearts are broken for you; we send our most sincere condolences.
