Obituary of Angelina DeLeo

Angelina "Fay" DeLeo, age 92, died on Thursday, March 31, 2011 at Watchung Ridge Assisted Living in Watchung. She was born in Brooklyn, NY and resided most of her life in Tuckahoe, NY, she also resided in Glastonbury, CT and moved to Bedminister, NJ for the last 15 years and presently Watchung. Mrs. DeLeo was a loving mother and devoted grandmother. She was fully committed to the Catholic faith and was very active in the Rosary Society at Immaculate Conception Church in Tuckahoe, NY and Blessed Sacrament Church in Martinsville, NJ. She is predeceased by her husband, Frank DeLeo in 1964. Surviving are her daughters, Frances D. Waldman and her husband Michael of Southlake, TX and Janet D. Fitzgerald and her husband Scott of Basking Ridge, NJ and her grandchildren, Lauren, Kathrine, Alyson, Emily and Nicole. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, April 4, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, 53 Winter Hill Road, Tuckahoe, NY. Interment will follow at Holy Mount Cemetery, Eastchester, NY. Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 3, 2011 from 1 to 5 p.m. at Higgins Home For Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd, Watchung 07069.
