Obituary of Susan M. Silver

Susan M. Silver, age 53, died on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at her home in Green Brook. She was born in East Orange and was raised in Livingston and had lived in Green Brook since 1994. Susan was an Administrative Assistant for the Women's Health Care of Warren. She enjoyed music, playing Mahjong and was an avid collector who loved going to yard sales. She liked the outdoors and always included everyone in the conversation. Surviving are her son, Jeffrey Halter and his wife, Marilyn; her mother, Doris Kohn Silver; her sisters, Debra Silver and her fiancé, Dave Oppel and Rachelle Tapper. Also surviving are her three nephews, David, Keith and Eric Tapper. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, September 16th at 11:00 a.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd.,Watchung. Cremation is private.
