Obituary of Lloyd Robert Ord

Lloyd Robert Ord, 94, of Watchung, NJ, passed away on Thursday, November 3, 2011 at Manor Care Health Services, New Providence, NJ. Lloyd was born in Plainfield, NJ on January 9, 1917 to Margaret Morrisey Ord and James Ord. He was employed by Western Electric Company in Kearny for 40 years, and was predeceased by his first wife, Wanda Ewing Ord in 1976. His second wife of 32 years, Martha Lewchick Ord, passed away on October 26, 2011. Lloyd is survived by his daughter, Susanne Gregan of Murray, Kentucky and his granddaughter, Christa Johnson of Easton, PA. Father Brian Nolan of St. Mary's Stony Hill RC Church, Watchung, will celebrate a private graveside service at Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains, on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Donations can be made the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, P.O.
