Caron & family,
Words cannot express my saddness. Joe was a very special person to so many people. He will be dearly missed by everyone whose life he touched. The Y will never be same. His love of family, friends, and life are an inspiration. I can't believe I'm actually going to miss someone calling me "Fat Tony". I know he was strong in his faith and take comfort in knowing he's watching over us all. Rest in my friend.

I met Joe 25 years ago, I was his dental hygienist, and would like to think a friend. I will surely miss our chats about the past and present. He loved his girls and his grandchildren. We used to talk about Diana, and then his new love Caron...Barb, I was blessed with having two "delicious" women in my life. Enjoy lifting that steel in heaven, my friend.

Joe there is not enough room to fully describe all of the Joeisms and your unique personality except to say that we will miss you and that the Y will never be the same without you. May you rest in peace and we pray that you are headed to the place where you thought you would be going. Amen

Joe was a great man. He changed many lives at the YMCA for the better. The example he set in the gym extended well outside the YMCA walls by demonstratimg the importance of dedication and hard work, not only in the gym, but in every day life. Our condolensces go out to his family
