Safe nat'l gas is the way to go. I do about 7 K for heat, good Anderson windows, extra inoliatusn in attic doubled & tripled in some places & basement ceiling fully insulated 5 zone. To much glass & soaring ceilings even my bath. Large home over 3700 sq ft built in 97 when propane was dirt cheap. My friend better find a really stupid buyer when I leave or give it away.

For a man that was of so few words, he made an impact on so many lives. He was a kind and gentle soul. It was an honor and priviledge to have him as my brother-in-law. I loved him and will miss him.

Introduced to the car business by my best friend, my Dad at an early age, I was taught that in life, just like in the business, there are few people a man can call a true friend. Seeing the relationship forged between my Dad and Joe was so meaningful to me as a young man and made an impression on me that I will never forget. My wife and I were so thankful, in hindsight, to have had you and Lynn share in our wedding last year. Joe, thanks for all you've done for my family over the years when we've needed compassion and understanding the most. You will be missed by so many.

Joe and I were "HEAVYWEIGHT" wrestlers at NPHS. I'm sorry, I meant to say Joe and I were
FRIENDS at NPHS. The wrestling was secondary. Neither one of us was very good, nor were we overly excited about the sport. We were about the same size in height and build. Two gentle giants huffing and puffing on the wrestling mat.
That's what I'll always remember about my wrestling partner and friend. He was a kind, gentle giant of a man!

Lynn, Jerry and family,
I was shocked to hear of Joe's passing. I can still see that tall, muscular guy walking in the halls in high school who had an heir about him...someone to look up to, even though i was almost his height. He was a truly GOOD guy. We have all been blessed to have known him.

Dear Lynn, Jerry and Family: We've known Joe for probably about 45 years. He has always been a loyal, caring concerned friend and someone who could always be counted on. He truly lived up to his patron saint JOSEPH, the ideal man in whom every man, woman and child could place their fullest confidence and trust. We are all at a loss with out him but can know that he has moved on to a place where for sure he will still look out and protect those lives he touched and loved. We had some good times wheeling and dealing for so many years...all good memories with a truly fair and loyal friend. Love you and miss you Joe!

Though I only had the honor of knowing and working with Joe for nearly 4 months, I had nothing but the utmost respect for him. He was always pleasant and ready to help with a smile. In the 10 years of being in automotive retail, Joe had made one of the biggest impressions on me in such a short time. His occasional words of wisdom and jokes will most certainly be missed by me. I am sure I'll be quoting Joe for many years to come... He will be missed by many...loved by many more.
John 14:1-4
“Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also. And you know the way to where I am going.”

I met Joe when we started 7th grade at North Plainfield High School. I hadn't had my growth spurt yet, and Joe was already a big guy. I thought that it would be a real good idea to make friends with Joe, just in case I ever needed a body guard to help me out of a jam. As it turns out, he helped me out of more than a few, in school, and after we graduated. We became very good friends and hung out alot up to the mid 1970's, when I moved to South Florida. We've stayed in touch over the years, and if you ever needed anything, you could always call Joe. If he couldn't help you personally, he knew who he could call to help you out. The author, John Steinbeck once said, after losing someone close to him, "From now on, the sun will set on a less worthy population." So it is with our losing Joe. We were all a little better off for knowing Joe. We were lucky to have him, and life won't be the same without him. Love ya Joe. Feel
