Obituary of Joseph F. Bruzzano

Joseph F. Bruzzano, age 92, died on Monday, June 25, 2012 at his home in Clarks Summit. He was born and raised in Newark and had lived in Irvington and in Warren before moving to Clarks Summit 8 years ago. Prior to his retirement, he was a Plant Manager for the Lehigh Tool and Manufacturing Company in Roselle. He served in the US Army from 1944 to 1946. Mr. Bruzzano enjoyed hunting, fishing and golfing. He also enjoyed football especially the NY Giants. Mr. Bruzzano is predeceased by his beloved wife, Sarah S. Bruzzano who passed away on June 25, 2001. Surviving are his sons, Paul Bruzzano and his wife, Barbara and Joseph D. Bruzzano and his wife,Dorothy; his sister, Sarah Myers and his grandchildren, Paul, Andrew, Matthew and Kristina. A funeral gathering will be held on Saturday, June 30th at 9:30 at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung followed by a 10:30 funeral service at Somerset Hills Memorial Park. Visitation will be on Friday, June 29th from 7-9 pm.
