Obituary of Marjorie A. Henry

Marjorie A. Henry, age 92, died on Sunday, July 8, 2012, at Bridgeway Care Center in Bridgewater. Born in Plainfield, raised in North Plainfield, she most recently resided in Bridgewater. Marjorie worked for NJ Bell Telephone for 42 years, as a manager. She was considered one of the pioneers of the company. She was a member of St. Joseph's Church in North Plainfield, where she belonged to the former Catholic Daughters, the Rosary Society and bible study. She was a member of St. Mary's Church in Plainfield and volunteered at Villa Maria. Marjorie was a member of North Plainfield Senior Citizens, H.G. McCully Pioneers and also volunteered at Muhlenberg Hospital. Marjorie is survived by her sister Patricia Henry Brutzman and her brother-n-law Edward Brutzman of Towson, MD and her 6 neices Mary Jane & Ted Dennis of Towson, Md, Beth & Peter Curran of Nashua, NH, Sarah Brutzman of Burlington, VT, Margaret & Richard Collins of Stowe, VT, Barbara & Henry Ebert of Wilmington, NC and Ann and Michael Corey of Schooley Mountain, NJ. And 13 Great Nieces and Nephews. Funerals services will be held on Thursday, July 12th at 9:00 a.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung followed by a 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Joseph's RC Church in North Plainfield. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Plainfield. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m.
