Obituary of David A. Bailey

David A. Bailey, age 33, passed away on Monday, July 23, 2012 at his home in Piscataway. He was born in East Orange and had lived in Orange before moving to Piscataway 25 years ago. Mr. Bailey began his career at Middlesex County Youth Detention Center and then moved on to the Mountainview Youth Correctional Facility in Annandale. He transitioned to become an instructor at the NJDOC Training Academy in Sea Girt, NJ. He loved to travel and spend time with his family. He is predeceased by his father, Arthur Bailey. Mr. Bailey is survived by his wife, Latoya Edwards Bailey; his son, Aidan Bailey; his mother Doreen Wilson-Bailey; his sisters, Lori Hayes-Bogart, Erica Lynn Hayes and Crystal Miller who was like a sister to him. He is also survived by a host of loving family and friends. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 28th at 11:00 a.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung. Cremation is private. Visitation will be on Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 12 noon and 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and funeral services will commence at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the The Aidan Bailey College Fund, P.O.
