I only learned of Don's death yesterday at the Hillside High School yearly luncheon. I've known Don since high school and he was part of the Richkus hunting fraternity. So many hunting and fishing stories. Don was a true outdoorsman in the best tradition. When we did see each other the stories flowed and we would get caught up in conversations lasting a long time. He always spoke of his sons and was truly one of the most memorable and most admired people I have met in my lifetime.
