Obituary of Lillian Seme

Lillian Ann Seme of Warren, passed away in her sleep on Monday morning, September 30, 2013. Lillian was born in Springfield, NJ on February 3, 1923 and lived in NJ her entire life. She was a graduate of Springfield High School and was the daughter of William and Elizabeth Weis, the former Elizabeth Miller. Lillian was married to Walter Seme who predeceased her in 1983. Lillian worked as a school secretary at the Central School in Warren for thirty years. Her hobbies included gardening, reading and the NY Yankees. Lillian is survived by her daughter Elizabeth, her son William Walter, daughter-in-law Debby and two grandchildren Walter Robert and Grace Elizabeth. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Bernard Rescue Foundation, 800 Elk Creek Road, Trail, Oregon 97541 or Warren Twp. Library, 42 Mountain Blvd., Warren, NJ 07059. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 4th, 2013 at Trinity United Church, Warren at a time to be announced. Interment will follow at Somerset Hills Memorial Park, Basking Ridge. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 3-7 pm at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung.
