Obituary of Matthew Ryan Permahos

Matthew Ryan Permahos, age 24, passed away peacefully this past Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at his home in Warren NJ. Matthew was graduated from Watchung Hills Regional High School and attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology and Raritan Valley Community College. Matthew loved cars, especially his latest joy, the Fiat Lounge. He loved working on his cars and was good at anything mechanical. He is survived by his father, Ralph, his mother, Susan, his maternal grandmother, Rita Byers and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will begin on Monday, October 7th at 9:30 am at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung followed by a 10:30 am Mass of Resurrection at Our Lady of the Mount Church. Interment to follow. Visitation will be on Saturday from 7-9 and on Sunday, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the Summit Free Public Library, 75 Maple Street, Summit.
