I worked with Lester for many years, at two different companies. I initially got to know him very well when the two of us drove down to Baltimore together for a hydrology training course back in 1990. I was deeply saddened to hear of his passing. He was a wonderful person who I will miss. My deepest sympathies to his familiy.
