Obituary of Peter Ronald Delli Santi

Peter R. Delli Santi, Sr. "Ronnie" age 66, died on Thursday, November 5, 2015, at his home in Warren. Born in Newark, he resided in East Hanover before moving to Warren in 1991. Ronnie owned and operated Newark Disposal for over thirty years before retiring in 1995. In his spare time he enjoyed old movies, playing the guitar, riding his Harley and was an avid collector of antique cars. Most of all Ronnie loved spending time with his family. Predeceased by his parents Peter and Victoria (Peterpaul) Delli Santi; his daughter Nadine C. Ruta; his brother Patrick Delli Santi and Nadine (Jacobosky) Delli Santi. Surviving is his wife Susan (Kaschak) Delli Santi; three children Renee D. Davino and her husband Salvatore, Peter R. Delli Santi, Jr. and his wife Joann and Christina V. Delli Santi; sisters Terese Catanach and her husband William and Gina Wilson and her husband Steve; five grandchildren Nadine C. Ruta, Sabino Ruta, Salvatore Davino, Jr., Alexa Davino and Nicholas Davino; son-in-law Eugene Ruta and many uncles, aunts, nephews and extended family and loving friends. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 10, 2015 from 4-8 p.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, NJ. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 11th at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover.
