Obituary of Seena Wahrsager

Mrs. Seena C. (Smith) Wahrsager, 90, died on Monday, June 13, 2016 at Overlook Hospital, Summit, NJ. Born in Brooklyn, NY, she resided in Millington for 6 years, Plainfield for 22 years, Scotch Plains for 25 years and recently moved to Brandywine Assisted Living in Dresher, PA and Watchung, NJ. Seena was a longtime member of Temple Sholom in Scotch Plains, formerly of Plainfield. She enjoyed listening to music, attending Broadway theatre, art, painting, drawing, singing and playing piano. Seena was predeceased by her husband, Sherman and granddaughter Tracy Anna Edelman. Seena who would have celebrated her 91st Birthday on June 26th and is survived by her brother, Dr. Roger Dean Smith of Cincinnati, OH, two daughters and their spouses (Marcy and Donald Spielvogel of Crossville, TN, and Amy and Joel Blatt of Mountain View, CA, 4 grandchildren (Margaret Dror, Sarah Freeman, Emily Spielvogel and Rebecca Blatt Rendsburg) and three great-grandchildren (Benjamin, Mikaelah and Natalie Dror).
