Obituary of Stanley Hodes

Stanley Hodes, age 93, died on Monday, November 25, 2013 at his home in Watchung. He was born in Newark, NJ. Mr. Hodes served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He owned Hodes Dress Company in Plainfield. Mr. Hodes is predeceased by his wife, Ruth Saiff Hodes. Surviving are his son, Wayne Hodes; his daughter, Rona Hayes and her husband, TJ and his grandchildren, Jeremy, Rachel, Vinny and Sarah. A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 29th at 11:00 a.m. at Beth Israel Cemetery, Route One North and Woodbridge Center Drive, Woodbridge. Arrangements are under the direction of Higgins Home for Funerals, Watchung.
