Obituary of Theodore Kasperovich

Warren: Theodore Kasperovich, age 82, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 21, 2016 surrounded by his family at the NJ Veterans Memorial Home at Menlo Park. Born and raised in Garwood , Ted lived in Berkeley Heights before moving to Warren 44 years ago. Ted served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He worked for Accurate Bushing Company in Garwood for 34 years and he worked for Curtiss-Wright, for 5 years. Ted was a Communicant of Our Lady of the Mount Church and a member of the Knights of Columbus where he served as Treasurer for 10 years. He enjoyed golf, gardening and the NY Giants. Ted is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Kathleen Monahan Kasperovich; his daughters, Nancy Keyes (Kevin), Lynda Olivieri. Judy Kasperovich and Kathy Smith (Jeff); his grandchildren Justin, Brad & Melanie Caruso, Colin & Jennifer Keyes, Madison Olivieri and Dalton & Julia Smith; his great grandson, Chase Caruso and his sister Roseann Rapp. The visitation will be held on Monday, July 25th from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung. Funeral services will begin on Tuesday at 9:30 am followed by a 10:30 am Mass of Resurrection at Our Lady of the Mount Chapel. Interment will be at Somerset Hills Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the N.J. Veterans Memorial Home at Menlo Park, 132 Evergreen Road, Edison, NJ 08818-3013.
