To the Bilancia Family,
My condolences on the loss of Bruce, a man of character and heart! My memories are back from school days in Union, and Bruce remains as my friend forever! We had lots of fun together, one of which was going to the Poconos Concert; Bruce was the only male with 4 teenaged young woman; he carried the cooler, and led the ladies away from the scary motorcycle gang! You will be missed by all who had the privilege to know you!
