Obituary of Dorothy M. Colline

Dorothy M. Colline Bridgewater: Dorothy M. Colline, age 90, died on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at her home in Bridgewater. She was born in Westfield, raised in Elizabeth and had lived in Mountainside for most of her life. She then resided in Martinsville for 15 years until moving to Bridgewater five years ago. Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Colline was an Administrative Assistant for Lucent Technologies in Murray Hill. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family. She was a Communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Mountainside. She is predeceased by her husband, Charles Colline in 1996. Surviving are her daughter, Diane Schardien and her husband John and their children, Michael Rogala and Joseph Schardien, her son, Richard Colline and his wife, Marguerite and their children, Jennifer Colline, Nicole Colline, James Colline and Danielle Colline Frank and her husband Christopher, her son Edward Colline, her son Steven Colline and his wife, Joanna and her son Charles Colline and his wife, Kathleen and their children, Ryan Colline. Megan Colline and Emily Colline. A visitation will be held on Friday, September 2nd from 4 to 8 pm at Higgins Home for Funerals 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung. Funeral services will begin on Saturday, September 3rd at 8:30 am at the funeral home followed by a 9:30 am Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Mountainside. Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery, Westfield. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Tribute Program, P.O. Box 1000 Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908.
