Obituary of Anthony J. Reale
Anthony J. Reale, age 74, passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at Center for Hope Hospice in Scotch Plains. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he resided in Watchung since 1977.
Anthony served in the Army from 1964-1966 and the National Guard from 1966-1970. Anthony received his BS in Engineering from Norwich University in Vermont. He founded and operated the Phoenix Tube Co. in Bethlehem, PA, since 1980.
In his spare time he enjoyed collecting antique cars especially corvettes. Anthony was an art enthusiast and collector of old masters and 19th Century paintings.
Survived by his loving wife of 52 years Barbara (Ventura) Reale; his sons Andrew and his wife Susan and David and his wife Lashana; 6 grandchildren Andrew, Jack, Skylar, Anthony, David and Valentina; his mother Minnie Reale; his brother Carl Reale.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 from 1-3 & 7-9 p.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, NJ. Cremation is private.
