Obituary of Julie Meyers

Julie Meyers Green Brook: Julie Morris Meyers, 48, died on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 surrounded by her family at Robert Wood Johnson At Somerset. She was born in Brooklyn and lived in Farmingdale and Edison before moving to Green Brook in 1996. Mrs. Meyers attended Glassboro State College as a Communications major. She worked as a technical writer for over 20 years at Clinical Research Laboratories in Piscataway. She loved to study her family genealogy, was an avid Yankee fan but most of all her greatest joy was being with her boys. Surviving are her husband, Bill Meyers; her sons, Patrick, Evan and Jack; her parents, Patricia and William Morris; her brothers, Andrew Morris (Nicole) and Daniel Morris and her sister, Jennifer Morris. She is also survived by many loving extended family members and friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 16th from 1-3 & 6-8 pm at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung. Funeral services will begin on Monday at 10:00 am at the funeral home followed by a 11:00 am Funeral Mass at St. John's Church in Dunellen. Interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery in Piscataway.
