Obituary of Paulo Puente

Paulo Puente, age 28, died on January 1, 2017 at his home in North Plainfield. He was born in Ecuador and had lived in North Plainfield for many years. Mr. Puente was a Trailer/CDL Driver for PMUA in Plainfield. He enjoyed cooking, spending time with his family and friends, listening to music and especially enjoyed spending time with his son. He is predeceased by his grandmother, Gloria Perez. Surviving are his parents, Washington and Gyna Gamboa of North Plainfield; his birth father, Marco Puente of FL; his siblings, Bady Gamoa and his wife, Caroline of Edison, Devin Gamboa of North Plainfield, Kathleen Gamboa of North Plainfield, Trifana Puente of Florida and Vanessa Puente of Florida; his Aunt and Uncle, Jimmy and Sonaly Perez of South Plainfield; his cousins, Brandon and Angie; his nephews, Logan and Jayden Gamboa and Sebastian Puente; his grandparents, Sergio Perez, Rafael Puente and Enma Puente, all of Ecuador; his son, Giovanni Daniel Puente and Dominique Long, his son's mother of Phillipsburg, NJ. A visitation will be held on Thursday, January 5th from 5 to 9 pm and on Friday from 9 to 11 am at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung. The funeral service will begin on Friday at 11 am followed by interment at Holy Redeemer Cemetery, SouthPlainfield.
