Obituary of Robert Trevor Krienke

Robert Trevor Krienke, 25, of Mountainside, NJ passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 21, 2017. Robert was born in Plainfield, NJ on July 4, 1991. He was a graduate of Union Catholic High School, Scotch Plains, where he excelled in theatrical arts and track. He also matriculated four years at Monmouth University in Long Branch, NJ. Robert's interests ranged from acting, music, politics, golf and a love of the beach. He was a fun-loving individual with multiple friends and acquaintances. Robert is survived by his mother Debra Dolbier Krienke, his brother Dustin Taylor Krienke and his father-like figure, Mario C. Gurrieri for the last sixteen years of his life. Robert was Godfather to his cousin's son James Anthony Prisco. He left behind multiple aunts, uncles and cousins and his beloved girlfriend Donna Peploski. A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2017, from 5-9 p.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, NJ. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 26, 2017, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to: Union Catholic High School Performing Arts Company, 1600 Martine Ave., Scotch Plains, NJ 07076, for a scholarship in Robert's memory.
