Obituary of Frances Rose Brinson

Frances Rose (Pasquerello) Brinson, age 74, passed away on Sunday, August 6, 2017, at her home in Green Brook surrounded by her loving family. Born in Plainfield, she had lived in North Plainfield before moving to Green Brook 25 years ago. Frances became a licensed cosmetologist in 1960 and worked in the beauty industry for many years. She devoted the remainder of her time to raising her family. Frances attended St. Mary's Stony Hill Church in Watchung, NJ. In her spare time she enjoyed gardening, reading, cooking, having lunch with her sisters and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Predeceased by her beloved husband Opie F. Brinson, Jr. in 2013 and her siblings Peter Sr., Helen, Angie, Frank, Nick and Anthony. Frances is survived by her daughters Sheri Holt and her husband Scott, April Brinson Carrano and her husband Guido, Tammy Latif and her husband Michael, and Stacey Viscariello and her husband Bruno; brother Dominick (Sonny) Pasquerello; sisters Virginia (Jean) Wood, Mary Carlomagno and Rose Ciufo: 5 grandchildren Steven Julius and his wife Nicole, Angelina Frances Carrano, Cristina Rose Carrano, Michael Opie Latif, Jr. and Gia Marie Viscariello; 2 great-grandchildren Kayla Elizabeth and Shane Austin Julius and many extended family and loving friends. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 9, 2017, from 1-3 and 6-9 p.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, NJ. A gathering will take place on Thursday morning, August 10, 2017 at 9 a.m. at the funeral home followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Stony Hill Church, Watchung.
